Our January Long Run Sunday began with a stunning

Our January Long Run Sunday began with a stunning morning at Gore Hill Oval, the meeting spot for our St Leonards group.

From there, we embarked on a scenic 10km loop that took us through Gore Hill, Willoughby, and Naremburn, with a few challenging hills sprinkled in to keep things interesting.

After the run, we treated ourselves to a fabulous breakfast at Bare Wholefoods. The food was absolutely delicious, the coffee hit the spot, and the service was outstanding - a perfect way to refuel and connect.

Amazing effort, ladies! Here’s to many more long runs and great moments together this year!

🌟🌟Join Us for a Special Boobless on the Run Session🌟🌟

On Thursday, 16th January at 6:00am, we will be hosting a very special Boobless on the Run 5km session at Le Montage.

This date holds deep significance for one of our amazing members, Angela.

Exactly one year ago, Angela received the life-altering news that she had breast cancer. On this same day, she bravely underwent a double mastectomy.

Angela’s story reminds us of the importance of taking proactive steps for our health. In December of the previous year, we encouraged all members to book their mammograms if they hadn’t done so. Angela heeded that call, and because of it, her cancer was caught very early. We are incredibly grateful she did 💖💖

Today, we celebrate Angela’s journey. She has made a full recovery and has returned to running with our community, embodying strength, resilience, and determination.

We invite you to join us for this 5km run in honour of Angela and all those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer. Let’s come together to support one another and celebrate the power of early detection, community, and hope.
