Our amazing Senior Run Leader and In house nutriti

Our amazing Senior Run Leader and In house nutritionist Lisa Sherman will make her debut this Friday in the Coast to Kosci ultra marathon.

This has been a long time in the making, through many km’s run and trained and some serious mindset training too. Her husband Grant is chief support crew and has been by her side in all her races!

Lisa is running this invitational race for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, so if you would like to hop on board and donate a couple of dollars, it would be much appreciated (link also in bio)
