Where did your passion for running come from: There’s so much to love about running – you can do it solo or with a group. I always feel better both mentally and physically after a run. We are so lucky in Sydney to have so many fabulous places to run. And the running community is so friendly and inclusive.
Favourite food: Ice Cream
Least favourite workout: Burpees
Favourite run route: Seriously can’t narrow this one down – anything around the water – Iron Cove Bay, Blackwattle Bay, Sydney Harbour, Bondi to Coogee Coastal track. I also like Centennial Park and running in the national parks we have so close to Sydney.
