Joining BOTR has been a transformative experience for me. After a decade of inconsistent running, where my pace slowed and distances shortened, I found myself in a rut. That all changed with BOTR. Starting with little confidence and endurance, the club’s supportive environment and expert coaching quickly turned things around. In just 10 weeks, I went from struggling to run at all, to comfortably running for 30 minutes. By the 20-week mark, I was hitting 7KM runs. Now, I’m continuing to learn and to push myself with fun (and hard!) sessions.
