I began with BOTR at 60, never having run, not really knowing how to. Six months on I am getting ready to run the City To Surf! The BOTR program is so empowering, doing what I never thought I could do! Each step is achievable, and before you know it you can run for 30 minutes straight!

How does it work?

The Stay Running program introduces some more challenging sessions to help you smash your goals!

Our Run Leaders will help refine your technique, and we’ll begin taking on different training runs like tempo runs, Fartlek and sprints. These sessions are fun and engaging while helping you improve your speed and endurance, with the final goal being a non-stop 7km run.
